Took twenty five to get sandwich

Delicious! Not only is every sandwich very tasty, but the quality adds to the flavor! The concept of contributing to public safety makes the meal purchase enjoyable. I highly recommend eating here. Their catering is equally awesome and makes eating at events so much easier! And my favorite sub is the barbeque brisket and cheddar.

Their subs are a welcome change to the usual fare. Very good!

The hot sauce selection was great! And everyone else who has a normal mouth and working taste buds liked it too....

Consistency is a problem here. When this location is on, it’s really good. When it’s off, watch out. Probably eaten here about 15 times and 10 of those were great. The other five were sub par - incorrectly made orders, missing ingredients, long wait times. Seems like there’s one or two shifts that know what they’re doing and another couple that just don’t care. If it was consistent I’d be there a lot more.

Just ate here. Waited 45 minutes for 3 subs to go , all 3 are made wrong. This was our first time trying firehouse subs, and have heard really great things about it. I for one will never return, not only because of the wait but the food was very sloppy made and the bread was soggy. I was really hoping to have a great sub. If I could give this place a zero I would have.

Very unhappy with my experience. The crew wasnt aweful but weren't very friendly. They were pretty obnoxious. Im VERY disappointed I spent $22 on 2 subs that i could have gotten made better at subway. There was hardly anything on both of our subs.

Love the food. Love trying new hot sauce. The one guy behind the counter making the sandwich was no friendly.

I had a catering order today for 50 people and it couldn’t have been better! We had subs, salad, chips, cookies, and they provided all the condiments (large bottles) pickle spears, plates, napkins, eating, and serving utensils. I loved how organized all the packaging was bc it made it easy to set up and display the food. The food was fresh and tasted great. I will definitely order catering from them again! Way expensive! Good sub but damn! $22 for 2 little subs a 25 cent bag of chips and a small drink! Still better than Subway tho!

Amazing food and amazing service! The manager was working and was very nice to us. He and the other workers held a conversation with us the entire entire time we were there. Very friendly atmosphere, great service, and great food. I would definitely recommend this Firehouse location to anyone!

whenever we make it to an area that has a Firehouse Subs, we are there. We looooove Firehouse Subs. We have played around with the idea of buying a franchise just so we can have one near us. We highly recommend it.

The cashier had no personality barely said a word, when the lady gave me my food she handed it to me like a grocery bag subs are supposed to be on there sides. Then they didn’t have the Apple Cinnamon BBQ they have Dublin.

The sub was warm and loaded with meat and cheese Best warm sub in town I was lost and Stopped at Fire Sub young man fixed my GPS for me very friendly indeed and U finally reached my destination Polaris

Firehouse Subs has a uniquely fantastic flavor and a compelling mission. It's great food and your patronage supports first responders in Ohio, and other states. I first tried Firehouse Subs back in 2012 and have been coming back again and again. We found the Polaris Parkway location in July of 2018 and have been back for 60 visits so far. You'll enjoy fast, friendly service from a great team. Wonderful food and a very casual atmosphere. Be sure to try their chili, and they have a hot sauce selection that is very impressive. Be sure to pick up a lemon cookie! Enjoy.

Absolutely love their food! My husband stumbled upon the Dublin location when we were looking for Canes and have been avid about going ever since. Especially since this location is closer to us. Staff is always friendly, welcoming you when you walk in. Food is always delicious!!!! Never had an issue.

Slow at best. This location is odd. They do not say "welcome to firehouse" like other locations and do not ask to "round up" for firefighters like other locations. Unsure of the delays at the location but it is not the norm at other Firehouse restaurants. Pick up the pace guys!

Food was really good but the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic about being there. Overall not bad.

I love their veggie sub. It's not vegan, but it is meatless and delicious. This is my go to place for a warm sandwich.

Workers were very nice, and the food tasted amazing, especially liked it for stopping for a quick bite during a trip.

I love the chain's food but this is one of the most unfriendly stores I've been to. Most stores say "welcome to Firehouse" but the employees here seem reluctant at best. There's no conversation while you wait and they act like you're annoying them while you order.I thought it was an isolated incident but I've been several times in the evening with the same results.C'mon Firehouse... you're better than this!

My sandwich was good the price was around $7.00 for the combo w chips or cookie and drink. The chocolate chip cookie was good. I liked that a worker checked on us and got us containers for leftovers.

Staff was friendly and quick service. We ordered a large smoke house beef & cheddar brisket, large steak & cheese and 2 medium drinks. Both came out hot and was very tasty.
